Pride Dental Group ("we," "us," "our") advertises open positions on Facebook and Instagram. If you respond to one of those ads, here is exactly what happens to what you send us.
Only what you choose to give us:
If you later send us a resume, references or licensing details, we collect those as well.
To contact you about working at our practice and to decide whether the role is a fit. That means calling or emailing you, arranging a conversation, and discussing the position.
We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we will not send you patient promotions.
Twelve months from the date you contact us, in case another position opens up. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Email us and we will take care of it. There is no cost, and asking will never affect how we treat your application.
Access to applicant information is limited to the people who need it for hiring, and it is stored using services with standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep applicant data longer than we need it.
This part applies to anyone visiting our website, not only job applicants.
Our home page uses Google Analytics and a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. These tell us how many people visit the site and whether someone arrived from one of our ads, and they let us show our ads again to people who have visited. They do not tell us who you are.
Our appointment and registration forms do not carry any advertising tracking. That is deliberate. Those pages ask for things like your date of birth, your address and your insurance details, and we do not let advertising companies watch you fill them in. Google and Meta are not told what you enter, whether you started a form, or what you chose.
When somebody books through our website after clicking one of our ads, we tell Meta only that a booking happened, along with the anonymous click identifier from the ad itself. We do not send your name, your contact details, your insurance information or anything else you typed.
You can opt out of this tracking with your browser's "Do Not Track" or ad-blocking settings, through Meta's ad preferences, or with Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing about your care changes if you do.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
